How to include SharePoint lists in Access
Connect SharePoint Server
Access->Menu->External Data->New Data Source ->From Online Services->SharePoint List
(Import SharePoint List)
In the dialog: External Data: SharePoint Site
->specify the SharePoint Server
The option: Create eine link to the data source
Causes the table to be actively connected reading and writing.
Then you select several lists by checkbox field.
SharePoint Lists as Tables
After that, the lists in Access are available under Tables.
Double-clicking a list opens it as a connected table from the external server.
the table is then write and read active and can then be further processed for forms and queries
