When loading a program zaround ESP32 DevBoard, the flash is aborted with the error message:

Problem:
The connection circuit and wiring on the ESP32 uses the GPIO2 pin. This port is not dragged to zero GND for the load.
To apply the FLASH memory, the pin must be dragged to GND during the upload.

 
Solution:
You have to drag the GPIO2 Pin to boot on GND

 
Then the program is transferred correctly during the download to the ESP32
