Word Template: Import photo documentation as a photo directory

Download: Datei 1: FotoOrdner_einfügen_mit_Nr.dotm     In this Word template, a complete photo folder is imported as adapted photos into a new Word document and automatically adapted. All photos, which are in the selected folder are selected by selection. The Word file is then saved as Word Photo documentation.   The Word template can be downloaded here.     First, you save the Word template as a photo documentation in a folder. Then start the document by double-clicking or with New.   This creates a new, blank Word document. Here you just have to enter a title for the photo documentation, such as: Foto-Projekt 123 And then press the button.   If you click on the button, a selection of directories will appear. Here you just have to select the desired folder and double-click on a photo   Afterwards all photos of the folder are automatically read into the Word document and adjusted automatically in the width. It is also important to automatically reduce all photos as a file. This means that a photo is not inserted with 2 MB, but with about 0.2 MB. This keeps the Word file also operable.     Set width and default directory The width can be changed with Alt-F11 in the vba code header.     Instructions as video documentation
