How to copy a block in Microsoft MS Excel and pass only the cells with values without empty lines and cells?

For this you mark the area which you want to copy without empty cells.

Then take Ribbonbar-> Start-> Filter

Then a dropdown filter field is inserted in the top right corner of the marked block.

This filter field opens and turns off the flag at (Empty).

Then mark the collapsed area and copy all cells with Ctrl-C. All cells are outlined in green dashed lines.

Then you insert the cells in another place again.

Attention: fewer cells are displayed.

If you then turn off the filter, then all cells are visible again

And the desired reduced output block becomes visible

Excel: Move cursor with arrow key
Excel: Copy cells without empty lines
