Android SDK Error: Your CPU dow not support required features (VT-X or SVM)

Problem:
if you use
Android S tudio, the message appears in "Your
CPU dow not support required features (VT-X or SVM)"at startup debuggingand you
cannot install an Android smartphone device.
Cause:
Computers
with an AMD processor must have Inter Haxm installed and Hyper-V virtualization
enabled in the Windows features.
AMD processor
despite Hyper-V installed
This computer
does not support Intel Virtualization Technology (VT-x) or it is being
exclusively used by Hyper-V. HAXM cannot be installed.
Please
ensure Hyper-V is disabled in Windows Features

Solution:
You can
install the AMD emulator on Android Studio SDK Developmente inen and uninstall
the Intel Haxm
Installation
at:
Menü->File->Settings->Appearance & Behavior -> System
Settings->Android SDK
Then in the
tab: SDK Tools ->
EnableLine: Android
Emulator
Hypervisor Driver for AMD Processors (Installer)
DisableLine: Intel
x86 Emulator Accelerator (HAXM installer)

to reactivate the Hyper-V function if mhas manually deactivated it
in Windows
